                                結(jié)晶罐 Crystal Tank

1、概述：

    結(jié)晶罐是用于待結(jié)晶物料的濃度達(dá)到了過飽和的高濃度，而且該物料的溶解度隨著溫度的變化而變化的，物料在罐內(nèi)在夾層冷凍水或冷媒水冷卻急劇降溫的結(jié)晶設(shè)備，罐體內(nèi)高精度拋光，以及罐體內(nèi)清洗無死角的要求來滿足工藝使用條件，其它關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)在于夾層面積的大小，攪拌器的結(jié)構(gòu)形式和物料出口形式等。廣泛用于制藥、食品、化工、生物等工業(yè)中物料攪拌混合，降溫冷凍，成品結(jié)晶。 本公司對不同的工藝要求，具有豐富的設(shè)計和制造經(jīng)驗，所生產(chǎn)的設(shè)備完全符合GMP驗證要求。

2、設(shè)備結(jié)構(gòu)：

    結(jié)晶罐采用進(jìn)口316L或304不銹鋼制作，內(nèi)壁采用電解鏡面或機(jī)械拋光，外壁采用304全焊接結(jié)構(gòu)保溫，外表面采用鏡面或亞光處理。結(jié)晶罐上安裝0.2μm疏水性通氣過濾器。結(jié)晶罐能承受121℃高溫滅菌消毒，配備衛(wèi)生級壓力表。

罐體對外連接口采用衛(wèi)生快開接頭，帶有溫度監(jiān)控裝置、視鏡、清洗球及氮氣進(jìn)口、PH計接口、溫度計接口等，攪拌電機(jī)連接口軸的密封采用特殊的衛(wèi)生級機(jī)械密封，以確保物料不受污染。結(jié)晶罐可采用變頻調(diào)速裝置，攪拌軸轉(zhuǎn)速調(diào)節(jié)范圍大。

3、設(shè)備特點：

1）、設(shè)備選用中空螺帶式攪拌結(jié)構(gòu)可增大換熱面積，提高換熱效率，提升結(jié)晶產(chǎn)能，且進(jìn)料出料方便；

2）、設(shè)備夾套內(nèi)可通入蒸汽或冷媒以使物料處于*佳溫度下，具有效率高，操作方便等優(yōu)點；

3）、設(shè)備上安裝 0.2 μm 疏水性通氣過濾器，罐內(nèi)能承受高溫蒸汽滅菌消毒，配備衛(wèi)生壓力表；

4）、設(shè)備罐體外采用衛(wèi)生級快開接口，配備有溫度計，視鏡、燈鏡、清洗球及氮氣進(jìn)口等；

5）、設(shè)備密封采用特殊的衛(wèi)生級機(jī)械密封，確保物料不受污染；

6）、設(shè)備采用無級調(diào)速裝置，攪拌軸轉(zhuǎn)速調(diào)節(jié)范圍大，攪拌均勻，結(jié)晶體均勻；

7）、設(shè)備出料采用氣動罐底閥，可以保證各種晶漿出料順暢無阻。

2, equipment structure:

The crystallizer is made of imported 316L or 304 stainless steel, and the inner wall adopts electrolytic mirror surface or mechanical polishing. The outer wall adopts 304 full welded structure to keep warm, and the outer surface is mirror or matt. A 0.2 M hydrophobic vent filter is installed on the crystallizer. The crystallizing pot can withstand sterilization at 121 DEG C, and is equipped with a sanitary pressure gauge.

The external connector adopts quick open joint health, with the temperature control device, mirror, cleaning ball and nitrogen inlet, pH, thermometer interface interface, motor shaft sealing stirring connector adopts sanitary mechanical special sealing, to ensure that the material is not contaminated. The crystallizer can adopt frequency conversion speed regulating device, and the speed range of the stirring shaft is large.

3, equipment features:

1) the equipment adopts the hollow spiral ribbon mixing structure, which can increase the heat exchange area, increase the heat exchange efficiency, improve the crystallization capacity, and the material is convenient to discharge;

2) the steam or cooling medium can be used in the equipment jacket, so that the material is at the optimum temperature, and the utility model has the advantages of high efficiency and convenient operation;

3) the equipment is equipped with 0.2 M hydrophobic filter, the tank can withstand high temperature steam sterilization, and equipped with sanitary pressure gauge;

4) the device can be used as a sanitary quick opening interface in vitro. It is equipped with thermometer, mirror, lamp mirror, cleaning ball and nitrogen inlet etc.;

5) the sealing of the equipment adopts special sanitary mechanical seals to ensure the material is free from pollution;

6) the equipment adopts stepless speed regulation device, the speed range of the stirring shaft is large, the stirring is even, and the crystal body is even;

7), equipment dircharging pneumatic tank bottom valve, can guarantee all kinds of crystal slurry discharge smoothly.
